On our initial contact, we will perform an inspection of your home or commercial building to identify the offending species. We will then evaluate the extent of the damage caused by the animal and determine the best course of action to repair the damage. We will also walk you through the mitigation process of either trapping, excluding (permanent barrier of entry), harassing or all the above to permanently solve the wildlife issue. Lastly, we will give you an estimate of cost for the work. Every wildlife issue and every building is different, therefore pricing is not the same for every job. Remember that once an animal is in your home and then removed it has probably already caused damage to something somewhere and you may not realize it. Example- If a squirrel chews on your electrical wiring in the attic then you will definitely need an inspection. If the insulation on electrical wiring has been nawled on then there is concern of a fire hazard. Or you might need insulation removed and replacement if animal feces are a problem and concern. Some animals have been known to gnaw through ceilings and walls to get into your home. If that be the case then I can take care of your inside home repairs. I have several years experience in carpentry work, sheet rock finishing, blown ceilings, painting and all types of repair. I will do whatever it takes to get the job done right.

Upon giving you a quote on animal removal, a quote will be given on damage repair at the customer’s request. Note that animal prevention and damage repair are two different things. Prevention stops the animal from entering your home at an entrance point. Damage repair would mean total demolition of animal damage and its attachments, which would result in replacement of new materials.
